This domain addresses clinician ability to obtain and manage clinical information via telehealth to ensure appropriate and high-quality care. Skills include obtaining a history and physical via telehealth and incorporating patient-generated data into the clinical assessment and treatment plan, with the ultimate goal of being able to teach others to do the same.
