Resuscitation and Emergency Critical Care (RECC) exist to further refine the skills necessary to manage the undifferentiated critically ill patient and to provide ongoing critical care to such patients in the emergency department (ED) setting. RECC fellowships build upon the foundation of knowledge taught in a 3- or 4-year emergency medicine (EM) residency and focus on the unique features and challenges of caring for critically ill patients in the ED not normally found in critical care fellowships.

Welcome to the RECC Roadmap, your definitive step-by-step guide on how to succeed at every training level.
