Thank you for contributing to the advancement of academic emergency medicine as a presenter at SAEM25. The SAEM Annual Meeting is the premier venue for career academicians to present original research and educational innovations in emergency medicine.

SAEM25 Disclosure Form
The ACCME requires all individuals in a position to control the content of a certified CME activity to disclose all relevant commercial financial relationships occurring within the past 24 months. Pursuant to the requirement of a Continuing Medical Education meeting, financial relationships or other relevant conflicts of interest for all presenters and presenting authors must be disclosed.
All SAEM25 presenters are required to submit a Disclosure of Relationships with Commercial Interests. Presenters for AEMP25 are required to submit a Disclosure Form of All Financial Relationships.

Disclosure Deadlines
Due to strict CME and CPE requirements, the following deadlines must be followed and cannot be extended.
Full-day Workshop/Forum Organizer and CV: January 13, 2025
Disclosures, Bios, and Presenter/Author Changes: April 1, 2025
Important Note:
- All presenters must register for SAEM25 and are required to submit disclosures.
- Presenters with something to disclose cannot be added to a session after April 1, 2025.
- Presenters in AEMP sessions cannot be added/changed after the April 1 deadline.
Presentation Deadlines
Initial Presentation Upload to Speaker Portal (must include the required disclosure slide): April 10, 2025
Final Edits to Presentation: April 24, 2025
Important Note:
- Presenters with something to disclose and those presenting in AEMP sessions may not make additional edits after April 24, 2025.
- Presentations without anything to disclose can make final edits onsite in the Speaker Ready Room.
