Residency & Fellowship Fair Program Registration
The in-person and virtual SAEM RAMS Residency & Fellowship Fairs are prominent events in the annual emergency medicine application cycle, giving institutions the opportunity to showcase their residency and fellowship programs to hundreds of medical students and emergency medicine residents looking to find their perfect residency or fellowship.
Note: Exhibit space for the in-person Residency & Fellowship Fair on Thursday, May 15, 2025 is sold out. There is still space available for the SAEM Virtual Residency & Fellowship Fair to be held July 21 - 24, 2025.

Virtual Residency & Fellowship Fair
The Virtual Residency & Fellowship Fair will be held July 21 - 24, 2025.
During 50-minute interactive zoom calls, program representatives meet with prospective residents and fellows from across the globe. This popular event provides
programs an opportunity to highlight what makes them unique and answer questions from attendees. This time is yours and you can design how you wish to guide the conversation.
Programs select preferred days and 50-minute time slots on a
first come, first serve basis.
Registration Rates
Register by May 1 to secure regular rates and save from late fees.
