Registration Fee Special Exception

SAEM may provide a complimentary one-day SAEM25 registration as a special exception to a potential speaker for an educational session or meeting who does not qualify for an SAEM membership category. The SAEM Executive Committee considers these requests when a potential speaker may add significant value to the unique learning experience of our membership when added to an educational session or meeting.

Cancellation Policy

A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations made on or before March 14, 2025. A $100 fee will be charged for cancellations made on or after March 15, 2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 1, 2025.
