The Philadelphia Marriott Downtown is the official host hotel for meetings, education, and several social events at SAEM25. At the heart of Center City, Philadelphia Marriott Downtown's location makes it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and historical attractions. 

Center City is Philadelphia's commercial and cultural center. Popular historical sites, including Independence Hall and Philadelphia City Hall, are located here, as is the Philadelphia Museum of Art (fronted by the stone steps made famous in the Rocky films). Located in the southwest area of the neighborhood, Rittenhouse Square Park is surrounded by some of the city's best restaurants and nightlife.
