Biography
Kevin Molyneux, MD, MPH, DTM&H, is an Assistant Professor of emergency medicine (EM) at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center of El Paso. He is currently studying emergency department referral pathways and mobile electronic health record deployment for migrants in the El Paso area. He completed residency at Mount Sinai Morningside-West followed by fellowship in global EM at Columbia University. He previously worked with the International Rescue Committee in Ciudad Juárez, conducting a needs assessment of migrants' mental health and psychosocial supports. He currently serves as medical director for the Doctors of the World USA's Border Health Program and recently published a guide for emergency physicians caring for asylum seekers titled "Asylum Seekers and the Role of the Acute Care Physician" in JACEP Open.
