Finessing Feedback: How to Create a Culture of Feedback at Your Institution

Feedback is crucial to success in the training and growth of the learner. Facilitating feedback from residents, faculty, and nursing staff can be difficult to promote compliance. This session will highlight key strategies that can be used to engage members to be effective and timely in giving feedback. Presenters will provide an overview of existing feedback methods; discuss effective ways to increase feedback compliance; and provide participants with a toolbox of ways to troubleshoot compliance issues at their own institutions.
