Vietnamese Diploma in Emergency Medicine

We are collaborating with our colleagues and friend from Ho Chi Minh City's Cho Ray Hospital, a tertiary care hospital and main trauma center in South Vietnam. As part of our ongoing collaboration, we have created and are helping to support the country's first Diploma in Emergency Medicine Program. This is an 18 month intensive Emergency Medicine Training Program supported by US and Vietnamese-based faculty and Emergency Medicine Physicians. Though we hope to travel to Vietnam in person to provide more personal teaching soon, we are currently providing weekly educational sessions using video conferencing programs to create interactive and informative sessions. We are currently working with the first class of trainees.
