The AAAEM recognizes the importance of fostering a strong and inclusive healthcare administration workforce that supports equitable patient care and helps address healthcare disparities. The CAEMA Scholarship Program is designed to provide financial support to junior administrative professionals who are committed to advancing excellence in healthcare administration, promoting workforce inclusivity, and completing the CAEMA program.

To be considered for the CAEMA Scholarship, please submit the following documents in addition to your CAEMA application:

• CV
• A one-page personal statement describing your interest in the CAEMA Scholarship and how you plan to contribute to AAAEM if awarded, such as through an emergency medicine project, scholarly presentation beneficial to the Academy, committee involvement, or other professional engagement aimed at improving healthcare administration and addressing healthcare disparities.
