The University Hospital of Mirebalais, Haiti Emergency Medicine Residency

A Partners in Health and Zanmi Lasante collaboration to develop and implement the first Emergency Medicine residency in Haiti, as an initial step in developing emergency care capacity for the country. The HUM EM residency began in September 2014, graduated its first class in September 2017, and matriculated its sixth class in October 2019.
