Why Exhibit?

The Society for Academic Emergency Medicine is the academic arm of emergency medicine. As the premier organization for high-quality research and educational innovation in emergency care, it is our vision to create and promote scientific discovery, advancement of education, and the highest professional and ethical standards for clinicians and researchers. We promote excellence in emergency medicine through our monthly peer-reviewed journal Academic Emergency Medicine, eight active academies, 27 special interest groups, and more than a dozen member-led committees and task forces.

The Society for Academic Emergency Medicine is composed of more than 6,000 members who are influential leaders of emergency medicine within the United States and throughout the world. They publish numerous scholarly articles, serve on all-important governing bodies of this discipline, and are role models for future practitioners of our specialty. The membership includes medical students, residents, fellows, educators, researchers, and clinically based physicians, nurses, EMTs, and personnel drawn from other emergency medicine services.

Additional Exhibitor Hall Passes

Exhibitor Hall Passes with General Admission to Educational Sessions

$300 ea.Your organization must occupy a booth in the exhibit hall to receive this pass.
Exhibitor Bingo$400 ea.Attendees need stamps from participating exhibitors for a chance to win gifts and prizes. Your sponsorship will include your organization's name, logo and booth number highlighted on the stamp card. This will increase your visibility and attract more traffic flow to your booth.

**All representatives attending your booth must be pre-registered with the SAEM office no later than April 30, 2018. On-site changes could cause a delay in accessing the exhibit hall. We appreciate your assistance in streamlining this process.
