Wilderness Medicine is the practice of medicine in austere resource limited environments. Given the increasing popularity in this subspecialty, several institutions and organizations have flourished in the field. Wilderness Medicine Professions aims to support partnerships and collaboration between these groups to help streamline and disseminate academic wilderness medicine educational and research opportunities.
